青青草视频 students have FREE, 24/7 access to virtual care services with TimelyCare 鈥 the virtual health and well-being platform designed for college students. Students do not need insurance to access TimelyCare services. SF students have access to:
- MedicalNow: On-demand support for common health issues, including cold, flu, and allergies.
- TalkNow: 24/7, on-demand emotional support to talk about anything, including anxiety, relationships, depression, and school-related stressors.
- Scheduled Medical: Choose the day, time, and medical provider that best works for you.
- Scheduled Counseling: Choose the day, time, and mental health provider that best works for you. (6 visits per year)
- Online Success Coaches: On weekdays from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., get support in Academic Preparedness, Financial Wellness and Career Readiness.
- Health Coaching: Develop healthy lifestyle behaviors, including nutrition, sleep habits, time management, and mindfulness.
- Self-Care Content: Visit the 鈥淓xplore鈥 page within TimelyCare for guided self-care content, including yoga and meditation sessions, as well as group conversations with our providers on a variety of health and well-being topics.
- Basic Needs Support: Access to low or reduced-cost community resources, including food and housing assistance, transit support, childcare, and finances.
Counseling and Wellness Center
The Counseling Center provides short-term, solution-focused counseling to SF students free of charge, as well as crisis intervention, outreach, and consultation. You can talk to a licensed mental health professional in-person, by telephone, or through Zoom video sessions. To schedule an appointment, students can call 352-395-5508.
Dental Clinic
青青草视频鈥檚 Dental Clinic offers the following services by appointment performed by SF Dental Programs students: treatment planning, cleaning, x-rays, oral exams, topical fluoride treatments, sealants, fillings, and crowns. Cost for services varies depending on type of service provided to the patient. Call 352-395-5655 to make an appointment.
Fitness Center
All currently enrolled students with a valid SFID may access the Fitness Center for a shower and/or a physical exercise.
Free Menstrual Products
Free menstrual products are available across 青青草视频鈥檚 Northwest Campus and all SF Centers. The products are available through a college-wide effort to ensure students have access to menstrual products in the case of emergencies.
Life Happens Emergency Aid Program
The 青青草视频 Life Happens Emergency Aid Grant is available to assist currently enrolled students who have a sudden, unforeseen financial emergency. Funds are provided by the 青青草视频 Foundation to help students overcome temporary financial crises so that they may remain enrolled at 青青草视频.
Financial Wellness Center
Saints Share Wear
Saints Share Wear is 青青草视频's on-campus thrift shop for clothing, shoes, accessories, and household items. All items are priced at $1 (cash only), and donations of gently used items are appreciated. Saints Share is located in Building H and is open every Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
RTS Bus Service
All currently enrolled SF students and staff with a valid SFID card can enjoy pre-paid unlimited access to all RTS Fixed-Route Services. No fee is required.
Homeless Liaison
Students experiencing housing instability should contact SF's Ombudsperson and Homeless Liaison, Dr. Bea Awoniyi for assistance. Laptop Loaner Program
Laptops are available to check out at the Tyree Library on the Northwest Campus during Library operating hours. Laptops are also available at SF Center locations during Center business hours. For more information, please reach out to library@sfcollege.edu.

Calculator Rental
Student Life has a limited number of TI-83+ and TI-84 calculators available to students taking math courses. A student may borrow a calculator for a limited period and must return it to the Student Life in the same condition as when it was checked-out.
Learning Commons In-Person and Online Tutoring
The Learning Commons provides free tutoring services and academic coaching for all SF students. Tutoring services are located in Building Y and at all of SF鈥檚 Center Locations.
If help is needed outside of regular tutoring hours, after hours tutoring is available through . Log into eSantaFe, then navigate to Tutoring & Support and choose After Hours Tutoring to get started.
Academic Success Coaching
Learning Commons academic coaching is a collaborative partnership between trained coaches and Santa Fe Students. Peer and faculty coaches work with students to develop personalized strategies for studying, time management, goal-setting, and college resource utilization. Academic coaching is always free and available online and in-person for all SF students.
Workshops
The Learning Commons also offers Workshops In-Person and online. These workshops are 45 minutes long and range from learning the basics of a new language or learning strategies for smart studying and confident test taking.
Disabilities Resource Center (DRC)
The DRC is committed to providing services to students with disabilities so that they can have equal opportunities. The DRC can help with students who need priority seating, alternative testing, sign language interpreters, service animals and more.
TRIO Programs - Student Support Services
Student Support Services provides academic and advising support for first-generation, low income, and/or students with disabilities. Student Support Services is home to 青青草视频's TRIO Hub, a meeting place with a study room that can be reserved, a fully staffed study lab, and computer and printing stations.
Ombudsperson
The Ombudsperson offers a safe and confidential environment for students to discuss concerns, problems, or complaints. As an advocate for fairness, the Ombudsperson serves as an independent and unbiased mediator for students to resolve academic challenges.
Finish at the Top
Finish at the Top supports former 青青草视频 students who have completed more than fifty percent of their degree or credential but have yet to graduate. The program provides students with support and guidance through the re-enrollment process so that they may finally earn the degree they鈥檝e worked for.
Cap and Gown Request
Student Life provides a Cap and Gown Assistance Program as a service for graduating students without the financial resources to purchase a cap and gown.
青青草视频's International Student Support and Advising (ISSA) supports all International and F-1 students academically and when transitioning to the United States.
ISSA Workshops

Florida Association of International Educators Conference (FILC)
FILC enhances leadership skills, promotes friendships and networks among international and study abroad students, acknowledges and rewards student leaders who work at promoting international understanding on campus, challenges students to see themselves as global leaders and recognizes the differing styles of leadership across cultures.
Scholarships for Undocumented, DACA Students
Open to students who are undocumented, DACA eligible or hold DACA status. Some of the scholarships are specifically for undocumented students, while others are open to all students, no matter their citizenship.

Florida Association for International Education (FAIE) is partnering with Study Florida to support two $2,000 scholarships annually for international students pursuing higher education at a college or university in Florida.

The Career Exploration Center has staff and resources that can assist students in the process of identifying career goals and programs of study. The CEC has assessments that will help identify a person's interests, values, personality traits and other relevant factors that can be used to suggest careers that are worthy of exploration.
Career and Job Placement Center
The 青青草视频 Career and Job Placement Office provides assistance with off-campus full-time, part-time, internship and apprenticeship opportunities. Services include resume and cover letter preparation, interview coaching, application assistance, employer introductions, workshops and career advising.
Displaced Homemaker Program
The Displaced Homemaker Program assists non-traditional aged students and returning students with admissions application assistance, offering a food pantry, a clothing closet, and free classes and workshops to develop life management skills, employability skills, basic computer skills, job counseling, financial management and educational exploration.
Victims Services
If someone is the victim of a crime, the 青青草视频 Police Department (SFPD) has a Victim Advocate who can guide them to the appropriate agencies, whether the crime occurred on or off campus. Call 352-393-7384 for assistance.
Reporting Concerning Behavior
People who see behavior that indicates a potential for violence or threatens anyone at SF or on SF property should dial 911 or call SFPD at 352-395-5555 and report the behavior with information including location, date and time, persons involved, descriptions, and witness.
Safe Santa Fe App
Safe Santa Fe is an essential tool to enhance safety at SF. This free app will send important safety alerts and provide instant access to campus safety resources.

- Safety Escort: SFPD will provide primarily nightly safety escort service to and from buildings for those who desire it. If you desire a safety escort day or night, call 352-395-5519.
- Safe Space: The SFPD building is a refuge for youth and provides access to immediate help and supportive resources for youth in crisis or who are runaways. Youth who come to the PD will be connected to CDS Family and Behavioral Services. This is denoted by the 鈥淪afe Space鈥 sign on the front of the building.
- Safe Trade Zone: The SFPD is a 鈥淪afe Trade Zone.鈥 Persons can conduct transactions for online sales using the Police Department front lobby or parking area. This is especially helpful when meeting strangers to buy or sell goods via an online website. This provides a safer area to transact and is designated by the 鈥淪afe Trade Zone鈥 sign on the front of the building.
- Battery Jump Start: SFPD will provide a portable jump starter box for check out if the battery in a vehicle dies on campus. For those who don鈥檛 know how to jump a dead battery, police can assist on site.
- Clothing: Clothing items are available 24/7 at SFPD by request or referral to anyone. Persons may need clothing in circumstances where their own clothing was damaged or torn, a person was victimized, or for inclement weather.
- Emergency Pantry: A small amount of non-perishable food items are available 24/7 at SFPD by request or referral.

The Alachua County Victim Services & Rape Crisis Center provides services to survivors of interpersonal violence, sexual violence and personal injury crimes in Alachua, Bradford, and Union Counties. St. Francis House
St. Francis House provides emergency shelter for families in downtown Gainesville. While residing at the shelter, guests receive three meals a day, are assigned an individualized case plan to follow, and have access to laundry facilities and phone. As St. Francis House is primarily a shelter for families with children, all guests must have a 鈥渂lue card鈥 (police clearance card from Gainesville Police Department) before receiving any services. Peaceful Paths serves survivors of domestic violence in Alachua, Bradford, and Union counties. Alachua County Division of Social Services (ACDSS)
ACDSS serves eligible low-income residents of Alachua County with medical or general assistance needs for which there are no federal, state, or private programs available. ACDSS provides one-time assistance with rent, mortgage, and/or utility expenses with a maximum combined assistance limit of $1,750. ACDSS can also provide move-in assistance, which includes rental security deposit, utility deposit, first month鈥檚 rent, and/or last month鈥檚 rent with a maximum assistance limit of $3,000. Lifeline is a federal program that offers a monthly benefit of up to $9.25 towards phone or internet services for eligible subscribers. Healthy Families Florida is an accredited home visiting program for expectant parents and parents of newborns experiencing stressful life situations. UF Health Equal Access Clinic Network
Equal Access is a network of student-run free healthcare clinics established by the UF College of Medicine. Pre-medical and health professional student volunteers in collaboration with the UF faculty and staff provide care for the medically underserved in the community. The Mobile Outreach Clinic delivers healthcare to the medically underserved in low-income neighborhoods and rural areas.
