Ways we can help.

Our office specializes in advising for Associate in Arts (A.A) tracks for new and transfer and transient students. Career and Technical Education, Honors and International students have separate advising specialists to accommodate their specific program needs.

Academic Advisors are available and ready to assist you Monday through Thursday from 8 am to 4 p.m., and Friday from 10 am to 4 p.m. You can schedule an appointment to meet with your assigned advisor or utilize our drop-in services to meet with the first available advisor. To access our drop-in advising services, visit the Academic Advisement Center on the Northwest Campus (Building R, Room 201) or join us in our .

Advisors are available at the Andrews Center, Blount Center, Davis Center and Watson Center as well. Review each center's advising page for updated information. Answers to general advising questions are also available anytime through the Ask SF Chatbot.

A.A. Advising

If you are working toward transferring to another educational institution, you'll want to work with an A.A. advisor.

Career and Technical Education Advising

If you are working toward an A.S. degree, bachelor's degree, or certificate, specialized advising is available in each of the following CTE programs areas:
