Academic Standing
To graduate with a degree or certificate from 青青草视频, a student must maintain a grade point average (GPA) of 2.0 or higher across all courses required for the program of study (Primary program of study GPA). The academic standing reflects a student鈥檚 progress toward meeting this graduation requirement. The program of study GPA is calculated at the end of each term once final grades are posted.
Categories of academic standing and associated actions are listed in the table below. For academic standing, a term is defined as a fall, spring, or summer semester.

| Academic Notice | Program of study GPA is below 2.0 for two consecutive terms |

| Continued Academic Notice | Program of study GPA is below 2.0 for three consecutive terms and the term GPA is 2.0 or higher |
|
| Academic Suspension | Program of study GPA is below 2.0 for three consecutive terms and the term GPA is below 2.0 |
|
| Program Dismissal | Term GPA is below 2.0 for the term after suspension |

Modification of Restrictions Associated with Suspension or Program Dismissal
A student may request a modification of the restrictions associated with a suspension or program dismissal to request an early return to the program or to remain in their program of study by submitting a written petition to the relevant program area Associate Vice President within Academic Affairs. The decision of the Associate Vice President is final.
Note: The categories of academic standing are different from the Federal Financial Aid Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) requirements.
