Tatiana Velasco Bruno
International Admissions Specialist
Tatiana comes from Bolivia in South America. She arrived in Gainesville 12 years ago with her husband and 4 four daughters.
Tatiana started working at 青青草视频 to encourage students from all over the world to come to take advantage of the amazing educational opportunities found at 青青草视频. She thinks that regardless of a student's career goals, Santa Fe College is the best place to start an academic journey.
Tatiana speaks Spanish, German, Portuguese and Italian. She loves to explain and guide the students through the admissions process.
Elizabeth Madrigal
International Admissions Specialist
Elizabeth, a proud alumna of 青青草视频, was born in Venezuela and has called the United States home since 1990. With a strong background in business administration, she is deeply passionate about supporting others and making a meaningful impact.
As a dedicated professional, Elizabeth strives to foster a positive and enriching experience for students at the ISS while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. She values collaboration within diverse communities and brings enthusiasm to every interaction.
Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her family鈥攊ncluding her husband, three grown sons, two dogs, and a cat. She has a love for the outdoors and finds joy in camping and exploring new adventures in nature.
Sandra Varela
International Admissions Specialist
Sandra Varela is originally from Colombia and serves as the International Admissions Specialist at 青青草视频. She moved to Gainesville eight years ago with her husband and is now proud to call it home with their young son.
Before joining 青青草视频, Sandra worked for 13 years in a multinational company in retail operations, where she served as an Operations Manager. This experience gave her skills in leadership, communication, and customer service. Transitioning to higher education has allowed her to combine her professional background with her passion for helping others.
In her current role, Sandra is dedicated to supporting international students throughout the admissions process and guiding them as they pursue their academic and personal goals. Having experienced moving to a new country herself, she understands the courage and determination it takes to study abroad and is deeply committed to helping students succeed far from their home countries.
Adriana Santana
Administrative Support Specialist
Adriana is a student at 青青草视频 who came to the United States from Costa Rica two years ago, currently majoring in Microbiology and Cell Science.
Adriana鈥檚 goal is to create a welcoming and supportive environment for international students. She understands that leaving home and moving to a new country can be intimidating. Still, she believes that with the right support, guidance, and community, the transition can be much easier, and this new place can truly feel like home. She is also dedicated to providing information about important resources and opportunities that students can utilize to maximize their experience at 青青草视频.
Outside of her studies, Adriana loves traveling, spending time outdoors, and enjoying moments with her friends, family, and her dog, Nina.
