Limited services during winter break; extended hours upon return

青青草视频 closes for Winter Break on Saturday, December 20, 2025, and reopens Monday, January 5, 2026. However, some offices will have limited hours during at the beginning on the break and some services will be available throughout.
Admissions, Financial Aid and Advising
The Office of Admissions in Building R, Room 101, on the Northwest Campus will be open Monday, December 22, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Tuesday, December 23 from 8 a.m. to Noon. Students also can find help with financial aid in the admissions office on these two days.
Academic Advising will provide remote advising from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (last check-in at 4 p.m.) on Monday, December 22 and Tuesday, December 23. Use the Zoom lobby to access remote advising.
General Information
Students can get a variety of questions answered at any time in several languages by using the Ask SF Chatbot on the homepage at SFCollege.edu.
Counseling and Wellness
TimelyCare offers students free 24/7 mental and emotional support by masters-level behavioral health professionals.
Police Department
The 青青草视频 Police Department will be open and operational 24/7 during the break. The SFPD maintains a food pantry in their lobby for students in need.
SF Teaching Zoo
The SF Teaching Zoo will be open regular hours from 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. every day except December 24 and 25.
Spring Enrollment
Spring enrollment is open until Wednesday, January 14, which is the last day to add classes for Spring and Spring A terms. Current 青青草视频 students can register for classes through eSantaFe.

Winter Break Closings
Several areas of the college will not be available during the winter break:
- Lawrence W. Tyree Library. The Library reopens at 8 a.m. January 5.
- The Fitness Center
- Kika Silva Pla Planetarium
- Museum of Earth Sciences
Extended Hours in January
To better assist students at the start of the Spring term, the Office of Admissions, Academic Advisement Center, Office of the Registrar, Office of Financial Aid and International Student Services will offer extended hours January 5-8 and January 12-15, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
The Academic Advisement Center is offering extended hours for drop-in advising at the Northwest Campus in Building R, Room 201, or virtually in the . Students can access services Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. (last check-in at 5:30 p.m.) and Fridays from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (last check-in at 4 p.m.). Standard advising hours will resume Tuesday, January 20, 2026.
Students are encouraged to take advantage of this extra time to finalize registration, seek academic advising, or address financial aid needs.
