Leak repairs near gym will affect entrance

A portion of the campus service drive off North Road near the Gymnasium on the Northwest Campus will be affected all day Wednesday, January 14, by emergency repairs for a water leak in a system that serves the gym. The entrance may be closed or partially blocked beginning at 6 a.m. Wednesday. Traffic into campus is expected to be diverted through Lot 11, behind the gym. Drivers should use caution and follow all directions.
North Road will remain open.
It is possible repairs could be extended into Thursday.
Approaching freezing temperatures and the significant activities scheduled for gym necessitated immediate repairs.
Access to the west side of campus also can be made from South Road.
Access to SF Teaching Zoo, Little School, Cellon Institute and Perry Institute (O building) is not affected.
