  • Identify common skills and qualities of effective leaders
  • Explain the importance of delegation, decision-making, problem-solving, and communication as they relate to leadership
  • Define the principles of communication, group dynamics and conflict resolution
  • Differentiate between a variety of leadership styles and analyze one's own leadership style
  • Use collaboration, teamwork, and group presentation skills
  • Determine goals, develop plans, make decisions, solve problems and articulate ideas with individuals and groups
