Allied Healthcare Business Specialist, Certificate
Program Overview
The Allied Healthcare Business Specialist, College Credit Certificate (C.C.C.) is a 12-credit (4 courses) certificate program that provides students with an introduction to the field of allied healthcare and prepares students for high-demand high-wage entry-level positions in almost any healthcare setting.
The certificate includes course work in health information management, healthcare law, and common business and healthcare applications. All courses must be passed with a grade of C or better to receive the certificate.
After completion of the certificate, students may continue their education in one of our other high demand programs of study such as:
- Data Management Analytics Specialist Certificate
- Revenue Cycle Management Medical Coder Biller Applied Technology Diploma
- Health Information Technology Associate in Science degree
- Health Services Administration Bachelor of Applied Science degree.

Requires satisfactory PERT scores in reading and writing.
If a student is not at college level, they would take the prep classes before beginning the program courses but could still be admitted.
